The Graduate School of Technology Management (GSTM) proudly congratulates Prof. Lavagnon Ika for his remarkable contribution as part of a prestigious panel in front of 4,000 participants at the LA Convention Center!  Prof. Ika’s work, including the PMI Project Success Literature Review—a 60-page report summarizing 50 years of research—was highlighted by the PMI President. This groundbreaking research, featuring over 150 interviews and 10,000 surveys, exemplifies the power of collaboration between practitioners and researchers.
