"Pursuing my Master’s in Engineering Management at the University of Pretoria has been one of the most fulfilling chapters of my academic journey so far. It challenged me both intellectually and personally, and equipped me with skills I know will serve me well for years to come. The coursework provided a solid foundation in areas like systems thinking and strategic decision-making and allowed for a deeper appreciation of the complexity of modern engineering challenges. My research focused on Multiple Virtual Team Memberships and their impact on individual task performance, which I found to be an area that’s increasingly relevant in today’s digital work environments.
