The Engineering Computer Lab as well as the Goldfields Labs makes use of Student Assistants that renders 1^st line support to Lecturers and Students during classes and also during the general use of the labs.

The Student Assistant team also assist students with the installation of:

• Installation and configuration of Engineering related software.
• General queries
• Setup and installation of TUKS Wi-Fi network on their personal devices.

Tuks Print

We provide multifunction devices (MFDs), empowering students with advanced functions to print in colour or black and white, copy, and scan documents. This also involves a single solution print billing and release management software system called YSoft. This combined multifunction printing and management system for UP students is called Tuks Print
