The vision of the Department of Dental Management Sciences can be formulated as follows:

• To be a recognised, respected and dynamic leader in education and practice of Dental Management Sciences (management, leadership, communication and ethical patient care).
• To facilitate/support students “to fulfill their dreams” true to the vision they have defined for themselves through a relevant outcomes-driven curriculum and assessment-driven teaching. Furthermore by challenging the student, encouraging them to do introspection and to undergo personal transformation to become professional dentists or oral hygienists.

As personnel of the Department, it is important to be mindful of our priorities. The most important priorities on which we focus are our patients, our students and our colleaques. It is essential to provide outstanding service and training to our patients and students respectively. We realise the necessity of displaying the correct attitude towards our daily tasks and our clients. We believe that we should carry out our duties and responsibilities with the necessary dedication and sense of urgency.
