Information to assist you in planning your itinerary to the DETA 2025 Conference in Mauritius.

Tuesday 22 July 2025 – Workshop Day & Official Opening
Registration opens 09:00-16:00
Workshops taking place concurrently in the morning from 09:00 ending with lunch around 12:30 / 13:00. 
Official DETA Conference opening ceremony in the afternoon 14:00 - 16:00.

Wednesday 23 July 2025 - Day 1 - Conference
Conference 09:00 – 16:30
Normally a full day.

Thursday 24 July 2025 - Day 2 - Conference
Conference 9:00 - 16:30
Should end a bit earlier, if needed for delegates to get dressed and allow for transport to the gala dinner venue.
Normally a full day.
Gala dinner in the evening. Time to be announced, but could be 18:30 - 21:00.

Friday 25 July 2025 - Day 3 - Conference
Conference 9:00 - 12:30 + lunch
This is normally only a half day; lunch will be a sit-down arrangement.
