Journal for Student Affairs in Africa

The Journal for Student Affairs in Africa (JSAA) is now housed in the Centre for Diversity and Social Cohesion in the Faculty of Education at the University of Pretoria.

You are now able to access the JSAA through its website on the open access UPJournals platform and are welcome to direct any queries to the Journal Manager Ms Bronwin Sebonka at [email protected]. 

The JSAA publishes pieces from scholars and reflective practitioners from across the globe and is keen to showcase African scholars and professionals working in higher education on the African continent. The journal also accepts submissions that deal with student affairs issues from other contexts (e.g. the African Diaspora, other emerging economies; developed countries) but these should be transferable to the African context.

The latest issue that assesses The Impact of Covid-19 on Student Affairs in Africa has been published and the editors are accepting submissions for the next issue.
