Answer: There is a subscription fee of R150 a month or a once off payment of R1800 per annum. There are no additional payments thereafter.

Answer: The Mall makes getting vouchers a very simple process. In order to get a voucher, you simply need to:

  • Find the Partner / brand / retail outlet that you would like a voucher for and click on their logo to visit their microsite
  • Find the offer you are looking for, and click on the ‘Get Voucher’ button to have a voucher generated, which you can print
  • Some Partners allow for SMS vouchers to be sent to your phone, so if you would prefer an SMS voucher to a paper-based one, click on the ‘SMS Voucher’ button to have the voucher sent to your mobile phone
  • In some instances, you won’t need to get a physical voucher and by clicking on the ‘Contact me’ button, a representative from the partner will be alerted via mail to contact you directly, to discuss their product and service, and arrange your subscription
  • There are also ‘Visit site’ and ‘Book flight’ buttons for certain Partners, which will take you to a new site or page to redeem your benefit

Answer: If you are having trouble printing vouchers, simply click on the ‘Can’t print voucher’ link under the special offer you are interested in, and you will be able to print the same voucher in a different format, which will in all likelihood, solve your problem. If your problem still persists, simply click on the ‘Report issue’ link and we will investigate it for you.

Answer: To redeem your voucher, please click on the ‘See redemption details’ button located at the bottom of the special offer you are interested in, and you will get specific instructions for the offer. In general however, you need to present an original voucher (each voucher has a unique serial number) along with your driver’s license or ID book at the store / outlet in question to gain access to the special offer/ discount.

Answer: Simply click on the ‘My Profile’ link at the bottom of the Mall and you will be able to update your profile.

Answer: Click on the ‘Contact Us’ link at the top or bottom of the Mall, select ‘Suggest a Partner’ under Feedback and fill in as much detail as possible (including any contacts you might have for the Partner) and we will look in to getting them added to the Mall.

Answer: The Mall is all about the rewards and there are no points or credits needed when redeeming your voucher, request the voucher you want and enjoy the rewards straight away.

Answer: There is no catch! The Mall is all about instant gratification – you want a great deal, you can get it now! Get your vouchers and hit the shops / shop online! There is no cost to you, and no limits to your savings!
