Eskom Expo for Young Scientists Day Camp

Eskom Expo for Young Scientists presented a Day Camp for the UP-PreUA learners at the Groenkloof campus as well as the Mamelodi campus. The Day Camp is the first stage of preparing for the UP-PreUA Expo on 4 June. The Day Camp lasted for seven hours and entailed various activities, including desktop research by the learners to identify possible projects that they could present for the Expo. Mr Raven Motsewabangwe, the provincial coordinator of Eskom Expo for young scientists, indicated that they are excited to have the UP-PreUA on board. The winners of the UP-PreUA Expo will then enroll for the provincial Eskom Expo for Young Scientists that will take place on the University of Pretoria, Hatfield campus, on the 13 August.
