  • UP-Tuks secure their 25th Carlton Cup title

    For those who have not heard the story yet: In about 1904, on a shelf, amongst the liquor bottles in a bar in Pretoria, stood a trophy as decoration. The bar was frequented by rugby players. This trophy baffled them. One day the players started asking questions.

    A clinical display of winning rugby enabled UP-Tuks to finally break the hat-trick curse after overpowering Police 42-15 (25-10 at half-time) in the 2015 Carlton Cup final played at Loftus Versfeld on Saturday 22 August 2015.

    Jeremiah Nkwana rounded off the scoring for UP-Tuks when they beat the North-West University (NWU) Pukke 3–0 at the Tuks Stadium on 24 August 2015.

  • Dream home start for AmaTuks

    In their first match at home, played at the Tuks Stadium on Saturday, 22 August, a brace from Khethukuthula Zwane helped a 10-man AmaTuks team to a 3-0 win against Polokwane City earning them their first points.
