    TuksCricket played their first double-header on Tuesday, 26 January 2016 and continued their surging Varsity Cricket run when they claimed their second consecutive victory after defeating UCT by 52 runs at the NWU-Puk Oval.

    Assupol TuksCricket started the Varsity Cricket campaign off well, winning their first match against Pukke at Senwes Park on Monday, 25 Janaury 2016.

    This year's Varsity Cricket competition will be hosted in Potchefstroom again from 25–30 January. It will be very similar to last year's competition, with only a few minor changes and improvements.

    On Sunday 24 January 2016 the first tournament of the Gauteng Volleyball Union (GVU) Beach Volleyball Series took place. TuksVolleyball was very well represented with 18 athletes competing at the tournament.

    EKURHULENI, 10 January 2016- When Dainfern junior Cameron Moralee lifted the Freddie Tait Cup as the leading amateur in the BMW South African Open proudly hosted by Ekurhuleni at Glendower Golf Club on Sunday, he immediately paid tribute to tournament host and ambassador Ernie Els for inspiring him.
