Tuks and Maties both have 21 points but the Stellenbosch side has a better point difference, giving it second spot on the log.
Tuks have never beaten Ikeys at Varsity Cup level, but after the emphatic win against Maties the UP supporters back their team to end the group phase of the competition on a high.
The match takes place at the TuksRugby Stadium. Entrance is free and kick-off at 17:00. The game will be televised live on SuperSport 1.
