TuksRugbyLeague had the fortune of representing the University of Pretoria in both division’s finals.  Both finals were entertaining games.

Protea Cup Final (Second Division)

This game was one of those games where anyone could win.  The halftime score was only 16-12 in favour of the students.  At the end the fitness of the Tuks players was superior to that of the opponents.

Rhino Cup Final (First Division)

Tuks (Reds) vs Middelburg Tigers

Like a typical Rugby League game the purpose of the game is to ensure your defence is working as a group and this was well demonstrated by the Tuks team throughout the game. Tuks kept the scoreboard ticking and ensured with hard-fought defence that the Tigers did not get the chance to put any points on the scoreboard.
