The Luminous/Curlitzia exhibit was packed with loads of fun stuff to do, just as you would expect from a carnival. We had a big-top tent, a balloon arch, face painting, a kissing booth, free candy floss, and without a doubt the best activity of the day, a dunking machine!

Lots of students took part in the fun at the dunking machine. Some were too glad to volunteer to be dunked, thanks to the scorching heat, while others enjoyed throwing balls at a target so that the volunteer can be dropped into the water. The small pool proved to be the best way to get away from the red-hot sun!

In the end, our bright red punch and delicious potjie secured us a 6th place amongst the 14 teams. From here on forward, things can only get better. We are looking forward to making our mark in our first RAG procession this coming February!
