The manager of the LLITUP research unit is the overseer of the Collaboratorium assisted by the Collaboratorium manager, lecturers in the department and laboratory assistants who manage the scheduling of the venues as well as the equipment.
The SMTE department has played a pivotal role in the procurement of most of the technologies for permanent availability. Courses provided through enterprises at UP have also contributed to the further development and sustainability of LLITUP.
