Prof Andre van der Walt of the University of Stellenbosch visited the Department in February 2012. Prof van der Walt is an A-rated researcher and a specialist in modern property law, property theory, constitutional property and land reform.
Prof Johan van der Walt, Professor of Philosophy of Law at the Faculty of Law, Economics and Finance, University of Luxembourg, is currently visiting the Department.
