The Graduate School of Technology Management and The Project Management Institute South Africa Chapter are pleased to announce the appointment of Tahseen Raiman as the GSTM/PMI SA Student Chapter Representative for 2022. Tahseen is currently a second year Masters in Project Management (MPM) student in the GSTM. The aim of Tahseen’s appointment is to improve the channel of communication between the GSTM MPM students and professional industry bodies such as the PMI.

Tahseen’s appointment is supported by an MOU between PMI SA and the GSTM, which aims to carry out mutually beneficial activities to support and promote the art, science and benefit of project management. All first and second year MPM students are encouraged to engage with Tahseen ([email protected]) if they have any questions regarding the Project Management Institute, The PMI’s South African Chapter, PMI student membership or professional certification. Tahseen will also be responsible for communicating exciting PMI offers and opportunities to all the MPM students via a dedicated ClickUP module that has been created for this purpose. PMI SA networking opportunities and professional development events for MPM students will also be announced in due course.
