You are invited to attend a Virtual Public Seminar, hosted by the Department of Engineering and Technology Management, Graduate School of Technology Management.

The decay of small towns in South Africa is alarming. Local authorities are increasing failing to render basic services and support from provincial and national governments are all but present. The rebuilding of functional municipalities will require a new approach through projectisation. In this seminar the principles of projectisation will be discussed, how it can be applied to local government and how communities should participate as key stakeholders. A practical application of the principles will also be demonstrated.
