Prof Oerlemans is Professor of Organizational Dynamics in the Department of Organization Studies, Tilburg University, Faculty of Social Sciences, the Netherlands . He is also Extraordinary Professor Economics of Innovation at the GSTM. He is co-founder and core fellow of the Center for Innovation Research at Tilburg University. He holds a PhD from Eindhoven University of Technology (1996). His research focuses on the analysis of innovative behavior of organizations and can be characterized as theory-based empirical research. Research topics include systems of innovation, temporary organizations, interactive learning and inter-organizational relationships and networks.
