Teamwork and collaboration with other researchers

  1. Prof E. Lumsdaine, Michigan Technological University, USA. We have collaborated with Prof Lumsdaine in the development of material for his textbook that is used internationally in 2004 and 2005. This text is used in the Innovation 110 undergraduate level from 2004 - 2008. Through this, University of Pretoria is mentioned as one of the leaders in teaching Innovation to engineering freshman.
  1. Collaborative research with Prof M.A. Jensen and Dr J.W. Wallace of Brigham Young University, Provo, USA. Dr Walllace was a Visiting Scientist in the Department of Electrical, Electronic and Computer Engineering, UP, 2004. We worked on the development of a MIMO Test Bed operating at 2.4 GHz and 5.2 GHz.
