The Electron Microscopy Unit

Welcome to the EM Unit: Veterinary Diagnostic and Research Facility

As the sole functional facility of its kind, we are committed to providing unparalleled support to staff and students from the Faculty of Veterinary Sciences, OVAH, and both governmental and private veterinary laboratories nationwide. We also extend our services and expertise to veterinary practices across the country. Furthermore, the EM Unit proudly serves students, academics, scientists, and researchers from various departments within the University of Pretoria, as well as other universities, research institutions, and private companies.

We are located on the first level of the Anatomy Building, within the Onderstepoort Campus.
