Dr Johan Kruger is a lecturer in the Department of Education Management and Policy Studies at the University of Pretoria. With a strong background in educational leadership, [he/she/they] previously served as a school principal and union representative, gaining valuable experience in both school governance and educator advocacy. His research focuses on education law and policy, and he has published numerous articles in both South African and international journals. Dr Kruger remains committed to contributing to the field through research, teaching, and policy engagement.
