Dr. Nokukhanya Ndlovu is a Senior Lecturer in Education Leadership, Management, and Policy Studies. Her research examines the experiences of novice leaders in deprived contexts and the journeys of early career academics navigating complex institutional environments. Through the innovative use of self-reflexive methodologies and arts-based approaches, Dr. Ndlovu provides fresh perspectives on leadership and academic development, contributing to a deeper understanding of these critical areas.
