From 2010, she will be the Programme Director for the ATI’s Francophone Programme, with the responsibility to coordinate the short courses that will be offered in French through Continuing Education at University of Pretoria Trust. Her areas of expertise and research interests center on public finance, public policy, intergovernmental fiscal relations, foreign aid and poverty alleviation in developing countries. She holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Economics from the University of Namur (‘Facultés Universitaires Notre-Dame de la Paix’) in Namur (Belgium) and a PhD degree in Economics from Georgia State University (Atlanta, USA).
