On 6 March 2017, an article was posted in the Perdeby indicating that the Day Houses' offices on the upper level of the student centre will be replaced by new and modern open study centres available for bookings by students as part of UP's social learning upgrades.

The Vividus Men main office will therefore be moved from the Piazza to the Casteletto Building situated next to Roosmaryn across from the Thuto Building. As part of the move the current offices in the Casteletto will be repainted and refurnished for all the Day Houses, which means a makeover for the Vividus Men office as well.

The Casteletto office is now used for all administrative purposes as well as queries and questions House members or students may have. Any student is also free to visit this office in the office hours below for any information about the organisation or to join the legacy.

The office is open at the following times or by appointment:

Monday to Thursday                              08:30 - 15:30

Friday                                                   09:30 - 14:30

Casteletto Room 1-4
