The Hatfield Criminal Court, which hears criminal cases pertaining to suspects apprehended in the Hatfield and Brooklyn area, was established in conjunction with the Tshwane Metropolitan Municipality and the Department of Justice.
The Court hears suspects directly and will mete out appropriate sentences to serve as a positive strategy to combat crime.
The Department of Security Services works closely with members of the Hatfield Community Court to ensure that justice is served.
