Welcome - Clementine Mothapo

Clementine Mothapo has been appointed as an Administrative Officer in the Finance Unit at the Department of Library Services. She has previously worked as an Asset Assistant in the Department of Finance since 2019. She holds a National Diploma in Accounting from the University of Johannesburg and is currently furthering her studies.

With quiet time - coffee, tea, or quick journaling to set my intentions and feel grounded.

2. Are you an early bird or night owl?

Early bird.

3. Advice to your teenage self?

Don’t fear failure. You’re not supposed to have everything figured out. Trust your instincts, take risks, and be kind to yourself.

4. What energizes you at work?

Solving problems and learning new things, especially when I can help others or make a difference.

5. If you could have a superpower?

Teleportation - no traffic, queues, or long travel. Instantly explore new places!

6. What book are you reading now?

The Light We Carry by Michelle Obama.
