Welcome - Zamaswazi Ngwenya, Senior Administrative Officer

Zamaswazi Ngwenya joined the Department of Library Services as a Senior Administrative in October 2024. Zamaswazi is responsible for managing the Facilities Unit, she previously held the position of Sector Manager: Industrial Hygiene and Building Services at the University of Pretoria. Prior to that, she served as Residence Coordinator in the Student Accommodation and Facilities Department at the University of Johannesburg (UJ).

Zamaswazi holds an Honours Degree in Quality Management from and an Advanced Project Management Certificate from UJ, as well as a Postgraduate Degree in Property Development and Management from the University of the Witwatersrand (Wits). She aims to contribute positively to the Department of Library Services while expanding her knowledge in property management and operations.
