Benchmarking Visit from The University of the Free State

On 7 June 2023, the Merensky 2 Library welcomed two members of The University of the Free State for a benchmarking visit. Kegomodicwe Phuthi, Assistant Director of Marketing and Engaged Scholarship, and Kearabetswe Mablane, Quality Assurance Officer from the University of the Free State came straight from the airport to the DLS. They met with Elsabe Olivier, Assistant Director of Marketing and Quality Assurance and Zenzile Ntshabele, Statistician of Business Information. The benchmarking visit on marketing and quality assurance was successful, highly engaging and insightful, and valuable knowledge was exchanged between participants.
