The month of February is one of love and romance. To celebrate Valentine's Day, the Department of Library Services (DLS) has launched a new #InstaNovel in a form of a poem titled "If Love Could Last" by Alfred Austin.
InstaNovels are mostly short stories published on the DLS's Instagram page, accompanied by colourful, modern illustrations. The DLS introduced this project to develop a stronger reading culture amongst students. This is a great opportunity to offer a ‘tech-savvy’ reading alternative suitable for this digital age, which aligns with the DLS's overall vision: to establish itself as a modern, 21st-century library.
