This day off is in lieu of the Spring Day celebration traditionally held by the University annually. This day is also a token of appreciation from the UP Executive for staff members' hard work and their sacrifices and the resilience and commitment shown by everyone as we navigate a new normal following the COVID-19 pandemic.
