Important notice to Interlibrary Loans patrons

The Department of Library Services' integration of the Interlibrary Loans (ILL) and Access and Lending processes will go live on 4 April 2022.

Changes to ILL process will be as follows:

A fine will be applicable for overdue ILL books.
Access and Lending policies will apply.
A patron card must be produced in order to successfully secure ILL books.
ILL books will be available at the Access and Lending pick-up shelf for 10 days after the patron is notified and will be returned if not collected.
