The Department of Library Services will centralize its services in the Merensky 2 Library from January 2018.
No services will be rendered at the information desks on levels 1, 2, 5 and 6. Touch screens with basic frequently asked questions will be available at each information desk on level 1, 2, 5 and 6.
Visit the Learning Centre on level 3 for a one-stop service. Staff members at the Main desk on level 3 will assist with circulation, interlending and general enquiries. At general enquiries clients get support with short directive questions, password support and venue bookings. The subject specific enquiry desk provides information and support with all other enquiries such as assignment writing, catalogue searches and individual training.
