Library quality survey - this is your chance to evaluate us!

August 2013 is Library Quality Survey Month for the University of Pretoria’s Department of Library Services.

We would be grateful if academic staff and students completed a 15-minute online survey, any time between 5 and 31 August 2013. This international survey, conducted by the Association of Research Libraries (ARL), measures your perceptions of the quality of the services rendered by UP's Library Services. 

By taking the survey you will ensure that your opinion plays a role in shaping future library services. We therefore encourage all staff and students to participate. Furthermore, you may enter the competition draw to win, among other prizes, a Samsung Galaxy S3 smartphone or a Nexus 7 tablet.
