Participants had to erect a cultural fair stall as part of the activities and each member was required to dress up as something distinctively South African. Thulasizwe rented a Mandela mask from a costume shop in Pretoria and went as former president Nelson Mandela. According to Thulasizwe the cultural fair was a great opportunity to network with different people and experience other cultures and their people. (See full report)

Dr Rina Wilken, Head: Student Development and Faculty Advisor for Enactus UP commented as follows:

‘As Enactus UP, the experience we gained and our exposure to brilliant business minds has inspired us to create an even greater impact in the communities in which we are a part of. It was humbling for us to engage with students from around the world, who share the same goal: to bring about social change through entrepreneurship. The networks and friendships we have made will ensure that Enactus UP and Enactus SA grow from strength to strength.’
