The Department of Construction Economics is a leader in the provision of well-prepared construction professionals in the private and public sector within the Built Environment, both locally and abroad.  We are commited to make a tangible contribution to the development of the construction industry through our dedication to excellence in teaching and research.

We offer undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in Quantity Surveying, Construction Managment and Real Estate as well as short courses aimed at skills development in this industry under Enterprises.  Our research focus on sustainability and resilience in the Built Environment with a specific focus towards Digitalisation, Management and Innovation.
