Masibulele Justin Nonxuba | This study aims to delve deeper into the role of AR and its constitutively active variants among prostate cancer (PCa) patients who have undergone androgen deprivation therapy (ADT) and those who are ADT-naïve. By utilizing biopsy samples, we intend to examine the expression levels of AR and its variants that transcribe the 29 AR-regulated genes in PCa.
