The Center offers the LLD (Medical Law) and the LLM (Medical Law) by research dissertation under the Department of Public Law's sponsorship. The MPhil program is designed to serve health sciences graduates who have no prior knowledge of medical law.  A comprehensive selection of medical ethics, medical negligence litigation, informed consent law, patient confidentiality, telemedicine, genetics, mental health, death and dying, and an examination of specific health statutes and legislation are all expected to be covered in the LLM/MPhil program.
