The staff members of the CEA took a leisurely time out to express artistic creativity at the Clay Café at The Big Red Barn in Olifantsfontein in May 2019. The staff members were joined by Prof. Rinelle Evans and Dr Gerhard Genis from the Humanities Education Department, as well as Dr Hannelie du Preez from the Early Childhood Education Department. The colleagues from the Faculty of Education chose from a wide range of unfired ceramics and used various colours to produce personalised crockery.
