Our Mission

Our mission is to enhance the success and sustainability of businesses in the area, thereby contributing to the economic development of the region.

 We envision a future where township businesses flourish with innovation and profitability, playing a pivotal role in the local economy. Our objectives are clear: to align with the goals of the local economic development plan, foster the growth of small, micro, and medium enterprises, cultivate a dynamic and diverse business ecosystem, and, above all, inspire a culture of entrepreneurship.

In line with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), we are committed to making a positive impact on our community. By supporting local businesses, we contribute to SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth, as we strive to create employment opportunities and stimulate economic development. Furthermore, our efforts align with SDG 9: Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure, as we foster innovation and drive entrepreneurship within the township.

Our Objectives:

To contribute to the goals of  the local economic development (LED) plan, enterprise development (ED), and broad-based black economic empowerment (BBBEE);

To develop Small, micro, and medium enterprises (SMMEs);

To develop a dynamic, diverse, and thriving local business environment ;

To stimulate and establish new businesses and entrepreneurial activities in the Tshwane community to help with job creation;

To provide free and accessible workshops, learnerships, entrepreneurial training, and development programs to small business owners within the Mamelodi community;

To promote public awareness and understanding of business requirements by broadcasting important information to business owners and community groups.
