The Chartered Accountancy (CA) students of the University of Pretoria have once again delivered an exceptional performance in the January 2017 Initial Test of Competence (ITC) of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA), with a first-time writer pass rate of 89,3%.
UP also has two of the top ten candidates in this exam, with Megan de Vries taking the first position out of 2 633 candidates and Michael Mills taking the eighth position. Both these excellent candidates passed the exam with distinction.
