EMS staff members, Bianca Frost and Naomi Wilkinson were among more than 16 000 runners who participated in the 2023 Comrades Marathon in Kwazulu Natal in June. Both runners completed the 87.7km down run race successfully, putting their strength, grit and endurance to the test.
