The aim of this CD is to familiarize the student with some of the basic techniques used in molecular biology. It is not the intention to give an in-depth knowledge of each technique, but to create an appetite for these techniques and a feel for their application in veterinary research. In a more detailed version of this CD, we use a hypothetical scenario to illustrate the application of several different molecular techniques. The CD contains text, photographs and animations. |
