Tafadzwa Hambazi

I am a passionate project manager with experience in implementing community projects using varied standards and guidelines. I can coordinate, account for, and and lead the implementation of all project components covering market development, rural finance and gender mainstreaming. I am experienced in human, rural and economic development programmes such as Cash transfer, Food Aid, Productive asset creation, DRR and DRM in emergencies, Livelihood development and Market linkages(VS&LS). I have also implemented projects using models like result based management and community based participatory planning. I hold a Master of Science Degree in International Affairs from the Midlands State University. My research evaluates the impact of climate change on women from the rural communities of Zibagwe Rural District in Zimbabwe. It also assess some of the adaptation mechanisms used by these women to curb the effects of climate variability. Furthermore, it also seeks to offer, recommendations on what can be done to address different needs of  women in mitigation and adaptation of climate
change. The research will be qualitative in nature.
