Miss Rimbilana Shingange is a lecturer and PhD candidate in the Department of Animal Science.

She completed her undergraduate and masters degrees at the University of Pretoria. Her Masters dissertation is titled 'The attainment of puberty in South African indigenous ram lambs', and she has continued her focus on reproductive physiology in her PhD thesis focus as well.

Miss Shingange was awarded the Best Senior Lecturer award for the Faculty of Natural ad Agricultural Science in 2022.
