  Presenter: Dr Sifiso Ntombela, Special Advisor to the Minister, Department of Agriculture Land Reform & Rural Development Biography: Sifiso Ntombela (Ph.D) is an agricultural economist with keen interest in agricultural policy and economic modelling. Ntombela serves as Special Advisor to Minister Thoko Didiza in the Department of Agricultural, Land Reform and Rural Development. He is an elected President of the Agricultural Economics Association of South Africa. Ntombela is a Columnist for Farmers’ Weekly, Fin24 and Business Report.
