Outstanding finances/library material/laptop

If your obligations towards the University regarding finances, outstanding library materials or the finalisation of laptop matters have not yet been settled, your certificate and official academic record will be withheld.

• Laptop: Graduates who need to return the laptop must arrange the booking and return of the device for assessment. Please note that the [email protected] e-mail address should only be used for bookings of appointments to return the device to the Department of IT Services (ITS). Once the laptop has been returned, it can take up to 6 weeks for the account to be cleared.
