Presentation cards

• No RSVP is needed. Your seat is reserved, regardless of your attendance.
• Graduates must collect their presentation/seating card at the venue before the ceremony as indicated in their UP invitation letter.
• Be seated 30 minutes before the start of the proceedings.

Guest tickets

• Ensure your contact details are up-to-date on the Student Portal to access guest tickets.
• The guest ticket contains a QR code allowing entry for the number of guests allocated to you.
  • Each undergraduate and postgraduate candidate will receive four (4) guest tickets.
  • Each doctoral candidate will receive six (6) guest tickets.

An email with a QR code will be sent five days before your graduation date. 

Please Note: No children under the age of six years are allowed.
