Presentation cards

• No RSVP is needed. Your seat is reserved, regardless of your attendance.
• Graduates must collect their presentation/seating card at the venue before the ceremony as indicated in their UP invitation letter.
• Be seated 30 minutes before the start of the proceedings.

Guest tickets

• The number of guests allowed is indicated in your UP invitation letter.
• Ensure your contact details  (mobile phone number and email address) are up-to-date on the Student Portal to access a QR code for your guests.
• An email with a QR code will be sent three days before your graduation date
