Congratulations! You are about to become a graduate from UP. What is most rewarding about studying, is finally graduating and you are one-step closer to achieving your dreams. It definitely makes the hard work, sleepless nights and weekends spent preparing for exams, all the more worth it.

Graduation is the culmination of years of study and it’s the highlight of the university calendar. Undergraduate and postgraduate students receive their degrees at ceremonies that take place during autumn and spring of each academic year.

Honorary degrees and Chancellor's medal

The University also confers honorary degrees and chancellor’s medal on distinguished persons who have made a valuable contribution to society.

Graduation Office (GO) provides a service to students regarding graduations, The University runs approximately 40 graduation ceremonies annually and it is the responsibility of the GO to co-ordinate the ceremonies, keep records of each ceremony procedures and print the degree/diploma certificates.

Live-streaming of graduation ceremonies
