  • A tailor-made training programme designed to meet all your training goals
  • Designed by our Sports Science students after an in-depth consultation
  • Training Program R 100
  • Only available from February to October

Body composition analysis:

  • Inbody analysis @ R 150
  • These measurements are used to estimate certain values e.g. body fat percentage, muscle mass, body mass index (BMI), etc.
  • Useful in determining training goals e.g. increase muscle mass, decrease fat mass
  • Only available from February to October
